Hassle-Free Returns
Avrier stands behind the quality of its products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy. From the date of delivery, you have 7 days to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
For a successful return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original clear packaging with the SKU label visible. We do not accept exchanges.
Initiating a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start your return process at info@avrier.com. Upon approval, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return address.
Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, allow us 5-7 business days for processing. We'll confirm via email once your return has been processed and if your return has been approved.
Shipping and Fees
Shipping and handling charges from your original order are not refundable. Return shipping is free of charge for items returned due to a shipping error or a damaged product. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for items returned that do not meet our return criteria.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If there's an issue with the product (defective, damaged, incorrect item), contact us immediately to resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original and then place a new order.

This return policy applies to all purchases made in the United States. Avrier is committed to your full satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, the return will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if you haven’t received your return after this period at info@avrier.com.
