Hassle-Free Returns
Important Notice: Avrier accepts returns for orders shipped within the United States only. Returns for orders shipped outside the US are not accepted at this time.
You have 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (per carrier tracking) to initiate a return request. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval to qualify for a full refund. For split shipments, the return window begins from the final package delivery date and time.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match its description. We do not accept returns if the customer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the item.
All eligible items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label visible. Orders that do not meet these requirements are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined. Exchanges are not accepted.
Initiating a Return
To start your return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@avrier.com. Please note that requests submitted due to change of mind are not eligible under our return policy. Upon approval for eligible cases, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Return Process
After we receive your returned package, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We will email you to confirm the outcome once the return has been processed.
Shipping and Fees
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error, defective, or damaged item. Returns that fail to meet eligibility criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

This policy applies exclusively to US orders. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped outside the United States at this time.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us at info@avrier.com.
