1. How do I place an order on Avrier?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll provide your shipping address and payment details. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.

2. What payment methods are accepted at Avrier?

We accept payments via American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service team at support@avrier.com immediately with your order number. After 1 hour, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be processed.

4. How does Avrier handle shipping, and what are the costs?

We offer Standard Shipping at $6.99 for all orders under $99. For orders over $99, enjoy Free U.S. Shipping. After processing, shipping time is as follows:

  • Shipping From USA: Order Processing: 1-2 business days | Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping From Overseas: Order Processing: 3-4 business days | Shipping Time: 7-10 business days

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

5. What is Avrier’s return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. For a prepaid return label, email us at info@avrier.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. A 20% restocking fee applies for non-qualifying returns. Defective or incorrect items can be resolved by contacting us immediately.

6. How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the items. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued.

7. Does Avrier offer international shipping?

Currently, Avrier only ships within the U.S. We are working to expand our shipping options to serve customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates.

8. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
