1. How do I place an order on Avrier?

Placing an order on Avrier is straightforward and does not require an account registration. Simply browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, proceed to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment details. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is successfully placed.

2. What payment methods are accepted at Avrier?

At Avrier, we accept several payment options to make your checkout experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. All transactions are secured to ensure your personal and payment information is kept private and safe.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Due to our quick processing times, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@avrier.com with your order number and specific request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but once the 1-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified or cancelled as it may already be in processing.

4. How does Avrier handle shipping, and what are the costs?

At Avrier, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After your order has been processed, the shipping time within the USA is typically 2-5 business days. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible.

5. What is Avrier’s return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@avrier.com for a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and a 20% restocking fee applies for non-qualifying returns. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

6. How long does it take to process returns?

Once we receive your returned items, please allow us 5-7 business days to process them. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

7. Does Avrier offer international shipping?

At the moment, Avrier does not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping capabilities.
