- 7-Day Return Window: Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if you're unsatisfied.
- Return Requirements: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with SKU label.
- Process: Contact us at info@avrier.com to start your return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label.
- Fees: Original shipping is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies if return conditions aren’t met.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report issues immediately for free return shipping.
- No Exchanges: For a new item, return the original and place a new order.
